Returns

Everyone just loves returns, right?

Yeah, right. But, we understand returns are part doing business so we try to make it as painless as possible for you. We want you to be able to buy with confidence and to try new products! Here are the details:

Defective Product Returns: If you would like to return an item that is defective or does not work as advertised, please request a return authorization from your Sales Rep. We allow defective returns up to a year from initial purchase date. Exceptions can be made on a case by case basis.

Stock Balance Returns: If you have items that are in new condition that you would like to return, please request a return authorization from your Sales Rep. We allow stock balance returns up to 90 days from initial purchase date. All merchandise must be in new condition and all price tags and stickers must be cleanly removed. We may require an equal or greater offsetting order. Exceptions can be made on a case by case basis.

All returns must have a valid RMA# that will be provided to you by your Sales Rep. Return shipping is at your expense. To request a return, contact your Sales Rep or email to: sales@nutcs.com
